What works without a connection?

The interface, local calculations, bundled text, records, images and public reference files listed in this edition are saved.

Live prices, weather, online speech services, outside websites, streamed recordings and embedded videos still need internet.

Saved data keeps its original source dates. An offline copy does not become a live feed.

Phone, tablet or computer

Keep this page open while the files save. Wait for Ready for offline use.

On Android, use Chrome's menu to install the app. On iPhone or iPad, use Safari's Share menu and Add to Home Screen.

On a computer, bookmark this tool or use your browser's install option. No ChatGPT account is needed at this address.

Open the tool once while connected, then test reopening it in airplane mode with Wi-Fi off.

Storage, backups and updates

Large reference libraries need enough free device storage. Saving an update can temporarily need space for the old copy and two copies of the new files.

Removing offline files does not remove your notes or plans. Browser data clearing can remove both, so keep exported backups.

Files and personal work do not automatically sync across browsers, website addresses or devices.

Reconnect and choose Save this tool for offline use to save the latest edition. A failed update does not delete the previous saved files.

Build your own version

Copy a starting prompt into ChatGPT or another coding assistant, then adapt it to your needs.

These prompts describe the framework and workflows. They are not the source code, a bundled dataset or a promise of an identical result.

Check the reuse terms for any third party text, images, recordings or datasets before including them in your version.

Starting prompt for Behold A Cooperpedia

Build a mobile friendly research catalog inspired by Behold A Cooperpedia.
Introduce its subject as Bill Cooper, aka Milton William Cooper, aka William Cooper.
Provide a chronological catalog, focused research collections, biographies, source links, transcript search and personal notes.
Keep each view readable and make lengthy source explanations expandable.

Treat a catalog record as a finding aid rather than proof of what a recording says.
Record the source title, original date when established, upload date, edition, duration and direct link separately.
Preserve competing dates and incomplete records.
Do not invent quotations, transcripts, page numbers, timestamps, watched coverage or measured durations.
For recordings, identify the specific copy and check important transcript wording against it.
Mark automatic transcripts as automatic and unverified.

Keep Bill Cooper's statements separate from guests, callers, quoted writers, archival speakers and later commentary.
Distinguish autobiography, supporter accounts, public records and independent reporting.
An allegation must remain attributed, with relevant replies and qualifications preserved.
Do not infer intent, relationships or historical causation from shared topics or repeated claims.
For Mystery Babylon, keep the teaching described separate from the speaker's own position and the original source being discussed.

Include source notes and citations that lead to an inspected passage or recording location.
Keep raw transcripts, corrections and source versions distinct.
Make source coverage and unresolved questions visible.
Do not imply that the catalog is a trained model or a review of the complete corpus.

Keep personal research notes on the device with backup and restore files.
Build an offline package for the interface, permitted catalog data and licensed excerpts.
External recordings and unbundled documents still need internet access.
Do not package private archives or assume public access permits redistribution.
Test dates, search, citation links, narrow screens, exports and offline behavior.

Deliver a working first version with an evidence checklist.
To adapt the framework, change the research subject while preserving chronology, attribution, provenance and honest coverage reporting.
